About the Project

Tools Used: Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Camtasia

In this course, a scenario is used to help learners improve their problem-solving skills as they assist a manager in determining the best solution for dealing with a direct report who has an issue with overstepping boundaries.

In true micro-learning form, this course is designed to ensure learners are able to complete their learning in 30 minutes or less. The content was attained through collaboration with an SME and research. The SME also created an engaging video to provide learners with tangible practices they can use to enhance their problem-solving abilities. Custom graphics for the flashcard activity were created with Powerpoint.
